I managed to rearend my wife’s ’09 Murano with my ’09 Pathfinder on wet pavement at the light one day. Skipping the details of the accident, I took my Pathfinder to Edgemont Auto Body first as it was not driveable from transmission fluid line damage along with front-end damages. Murano has some bumper and hatch damages, but perfectly driveable. From the beginning, they tried to make the entire repair process as easy/simple as possible. I stopped at their body shop from time to time, and called them often as well. They were willing to show me the progress in the shop; they were happy to update me with the status on the phone. It was the same with Murano’s case. They cut no corners. They worked with the insurance appraiser and made sure that all affected parts were replaced with best parts available (in this case, factory parts), instead of less expensive aftermarket parts. Once the repairs were completed, they told me at the time of pickup to come back any time if we found any areas/parts that they worked on were not right. I did go back to them a couple of times for some minor adjustments, and they were more than happy to take care of me immediately with smile on their faces.

“I was turning in my leased car. I had a scratches on the back of my car. I came by several bodyshops in my area including Edgemont Auto Body. Dan suggested me only touching the scratches with paint and buff it a bit. He also ask for the lowest price. When Dan finished and the result was not so perfect as he thought initially, he simply didn’t take money. Nevertheless when I turned in my car later and the leasing company charge nothing. I came back to Dan and tried to give the money for the work since it was completed successfully but even that time he take nothing from me. I recommend to everyone doing business with those guys.
